Shipping policy

Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Because our products are 3D printed, some items may require additional production time. If there is an unexpected delay, we’ll contact you with an update.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Paw Prints 3D Shop is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. If your tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
